We're starting 2025 with a well-rounded slow yoga flow, from 10.30 AM - 11.30 AM. This lovely flow energizes the body and the mind. Liberty will guide you through a practice that will open and awaken the whole body, leaving you feeling balanced and energized.
After the yoga practice you have the option to join us for a New Year's dip in the sea at noon! Rain or shine ;) It's a lovely way to leave behind the old and invite the new. If you'd like to join for the dip in the sea, please wear your swimsuit under your yoga clothes and bring a towel.
