Hatha Yoga

In our Hatha Yoga class, we hold poses for 3-5 breaths. It allows us the ability to sink further into the pose and to become aware of how the pose works for your body. It's a lovely practice to strengthen the body, to connect breath to the pose, and to focus on our alignment. The intensity level of this class = medium.

Sunday Slow Flow Yoga

Ceiba Yoga, Caye Caulker, Belize

A lovely slow but energizing flow focused on slow muscle strengthening, stretching, and balance. During this class there is time to connect with the body. The class is suited for all levels, and mainly for those who prefer a slower pace, including beginners coming to yoga for the first time.

Yin Yoga focusses on long tractions in gentle poses. This class is a gift for the body and the mind. Long holds stimulate the Fascia (our connective tissue) and bring ease and healing to the body. Accessible to almost everyone.
