At Ceiba Yoga we enjoy offering a variety of experiences for the Caye Caulker community and tourists, such as workshops, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, community gatherings, and more!
At the moment there are no scheduled events. Our weekly sound baths will continue mid-October.
At Ceiba Yoga we enjoy offering a variety of experiences to the Caye Caulker community and tourists, such as workshops, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, community gatherings, and more!
Go on a deeply relaxing sound journey during a Sound Bath, share with like-minded women during a women’s circle, deepen your yoga practice with a workshop, or open your heart during a cacao ceremony. You’ll find all these beautiful yoga related experiences at Ceiba.
Reserving a spot in advance is required for all these experiences. Upcoming dates are listed below.

WOMEN'S CIRCLE
with Liberty
from 6.45 PM - 8.15 PM ish
On May 13th the moon rises as a glowing red ball over the Caribbean Sea. Join us to watch this spectacular event with a group of likeminded women. After the moonrise, we will start our women’s circle. We’ll do a meditation with sound healing instruments (a small sound bath), drink herbal tea, share stories, and more! It’s a beautiful evening to connect as sisters. We’re so looking forward to sharing this event with you.

You can lie back, supported by blankets, blocks, and perhaps your own bed pillow, while Liberty plays a wide range of different instruments for you. Sound baths have shown to have an amazing healing effect for both the body and the mind.
